Of all the audio room I have visited, Carlo has one of the nicest room ever.     A 16 ft ceiling combined with a room dimension of nearly 25 ft x 45 ft, the sheer size of the room eliminated nearly all the problems (bass boom, resonance, etc) associated with small rooms.

Carlo anticipates plenty of changes:

New Turntable, new cartridge, new phono stage, new preamp, and possibly even new amplifiers.

I'll be visiting Carlo frequently in the next few months.

  Carlo's Comments:

 

I anticipate plenty of changes in the coming months.   I have an Audio Research Reference 3 preamp on order, a new cartridge, new cables, as well as a new phono stage.

I am still working on the positioning of my speaker, given the size of my room is very large, finding the perfect spot is no easy task.  

I am very fond of the look of the B&W speaker.   The Tannoy and the McIntosh mini system is not supposed to be here.   I will be moved to another room soon.
